Summary of Board decisions is available, in most cases, by the end of a Board meeting day as a convenience to the Board's constituents. Conclusions reported are tentative and may be changed or modified at future Board meetings. Decisions become final only after a formal written ballot to issue an Accounting Standards Update.
Notice of Open Meetings
Meetings of the FASB, its task forces, and other FASB groups and committees normally are open to public observation, under the Board’s Rules of Procedure. Unless otherwise announced, meetings are held in the Board meeting room at the FASB offices.
