Meeting Registration Form

(Required for Attending All Public Meetings in Person)


If you plan on attending a public meeting in person, you must register at least 24 hours before the meeting, using the form below. You must submit a separate registration form for each meeting you plan on attending. You do not need to register to view a live or archived webcast.

Photo identification is required at the venue. Registered observers are seated on a first-come basis, with no more than 3 observers from the same organization, unless there is seating available. Observers may not participate in the discussions.

Persons wishing to confirm meeting information, including possible cancellations due to weather conditions, may do so by calling the FAF at 203-847-0700. Aids for the hearing impaired are available upon request.

Please take notice that public meetings may be broadcast live and/or recorded for future viewing online. All or part of the gallery may be within the field of view of video cameras.
