William H. Hansell is the Executive Director Emeritus of the International City/County Management Association. Mr. Hansell has been a Trustee since 2002 and was elected by the Government Finance Officers Association and the National Association of State Auditors, Comptrollers and Treasurers. He is the Chair of the FAF’s Development Committee, and also serves on the Executive, Appointments and Evaluations, and Audit Committees.
