Frank C. Minter is the retired Vice President and CFO of AT&T International. Mr. Minter has been a Trustee since 2002 and was nominated by the Institute of Management Accountants. He is the Chair of the FAF’s Audit Committee, and also serves on the Executive, Appointments and Evaluations, and Finance Committees.
