Teri L. List-Stoll
Board of Trustees
Ms. List-Stoll is an 18-year veteran of P&G, with diverse finance and accounting experience across a range of P&G corporate and global business. She joined P&G in 1994 as a director of corporate accounting and has worked extensively in the company’s corporate finance and accounting areas as well as finance roles in the company’s household care businesses. In 2007, Ms. List-Stoll was named vice president, Finance, Global Operations where she had finance responsibility for the market development organizations, which includes sales and local country operations. Prior to joining P&G, she was with Deloitte & Touche, both at the firm’s national office and with various multinational clients. She also served for two years as a practice fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
Ms. List-Stoll serves on the board of directors and audit committee of Danaher Corporation. She is the chair of Financial Executives International’s (FEI) committee on corporate treasury and past chair of Institute of Management Accountants’ (IMA) Financial Reporting Committee.
She also is active locally, where she serves as a trustee of Greater Cincinnati Foundation, P&G Fund, and Summit Country Day. She has been involved with the Corporate Women’s Executive Forum, United Way Women’s Leadership Council, Cincinnati Museum Center Investment Committee, the United Way Strategic Development Cabinet, and Impact 100. She also is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. Treasury & Risk recently name Ms. List-Stoll as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance.
Ms. List-Stoll joined the Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) Board of Trustees in January 2013, and serves on the Appointments and Evaluations Committee.
Ms. List-Stoll received her B.A. in Business Administration from Northern Michigan University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is married with two daughters and five stepdaughters.
