SPE Open Roundtable Discussion

Open Roundtable Discussion on Consolidation of Certain Special-Purpose Entities

Monday, September 30, 2002, 9:00 a.m. – noon and 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The Board will meet with certain respondents to the FASB Exposure Draft of a proposed Interpretation, Consolidation of Certain Special-Purpose Entities, and discuss issues raised by respondents to that proposed interpretation. Due to limited seating availability, the Board asks that no more than two observers attend from any single organization. Those planning to observe the meeting should preregister.
